Welcome to the Continuing Education Approval Program™ online application! Getting your continuing education activity approved by The Commission™ is a simple, streamlined path for your organization to quickly reach client advocacy professionals, such as Certified Case Managers and Certified Disability Management Specialists, with pre-approved workshops, webinars, and continuing education coursework. Please refer to the guide for more information, including the requirements & instructions for submitting an application.
Continuing Education Approval Program Guide
If you are brand new to the Continuing Education Approved Provider Program & have not submitted an application yet, select the applicable button option below to get started.
EXISTING CCM/CDMS & NEW CE PROVIDERS
- Log in to your account to submit new applications, manage your course locations, dates and times, and check the status of your applications.
- If your already approved course is due for renewal, please log into your existing account, and choose to submit a new application.
- To get Ethics CE pre-approval for your activity, indicate that in Section 2 of the application. For information about the criteria required for ethics pre-approval, please refer to the Continuing Education Approval Program Guide.
IMPORTANT: After receiving your approval letter from The Commission™, you must ensure that the certificate(s) issued reflect the correct dates, approval statement, and activity codes/approval numbers issued by The Commission™.

Category or Application Type Fee Per Certification Type* Standard Approval Category $125 per program/activity Employers Providing In-Service Education $50 per program/activity Additional Priority Fee** $125 per program/activity *All fees are non-refundable. It is the provider's responsibility to choose the correct Category or Application Type and submit all required information. Due to the high volume of applications, it may take 4 weeks or more after submission and receipt of payment to review and process an application.
**An additional priority fee is charged to providers requesting rush processing of their application; this applies to any application submitted 10 to 19 business days before the activity start date. Applications submitted less than 10 business days before the activity start date will not be accepted.
** If a priority fee is paid, The Commission™ will expedite the review of your activity. If you have not heard from us via email and your activity start date is soon, contact The Commission™ to check on the status of your application.
